"Places Everyone" is the phrase used by play or movie directors to get everyone into the proper spot for a scene. This phrase can be used every day in our lives. How many times have you been late or early for something - or even completely lost. You believe that you are not in the right spot. It can, in fact, be down right scary to feel completely lost.

When spring time rolls around, the tradition was to spring houseclean one's house from top to bottom. That means, changing over from Winter Stuff to Summer Stuff. The walls were washed, rugs, beaten, and curtains washed. Bedding was changed from heavy to summer weight. Often times, a new coat of whitewash was daubbed on the walls. Now, we tend to paint our house in the spring and summer.

This morning my dog, Magic, and I were walking along one of our many walking routes. My mind was occupied with what I should be doing for the rest of the day. Magic, meanwhile, was enjoying the present moment, following the dogs' newspapers along the ground, and saying "Hi!" to all the kids on the way to school. This morning, I glanced out our kitchen window into the yard and saw a wild turkey strolling between our trees and shed, heading towards the fence. I was so excited because wild turkeys are very scarce in our area. This seemed to be a very good sign for me because it is my birthday weekend, and for six months after one's birthday, the person is in a positive cycle.
